Retail Stock Room London Case Study

The Challenge

To design, manufacture and install a storage system that will give the client as much storage capacity as possible and be strong enough for the everyday heavy  use of the shop floor assistants


Our Solution

After the survey took place, we designed, manufactured and installed a mobile shelving system to utilise the areas we had been given for the stockroom prouducts

The project was successfully completed before Oracle’s agreed installation period, by a team of 4 SEIRS approved installers and the on-site project management team In total, our mobile shelving system & design created storage to accommodate the whole of the first floor storage area, which allowed more products to be stored, then the client first thought

Criteria included limited floor space, heavily used by shop floor assistants, all of which dictated the type of installation to be fitted. Oracle’s Rolled Edge Profile adjustable steel shelving provided the necessary strong structure and high capacity and was, therefore used throughout. This project was a real test of logistics planning as the new flagship store had a very tight open and launch date, which Oracle are proud to say we accomplished before time.
